FoodMaven x CRA Show 2019
/The Colorado Restaurant Association had their annual show in Denver on September 17th - 18th at the Colorado Convention Center. FoodMaven hosted the sustainability pavilion ~ with the most beautiful booth display. We were invited to join them in representing local producers with a focus on sustainability. Chef DJ whipped up purple potato chocolate truffles (of course) and fingerling potato salad with a creamy Yukon gold horseradish sauce and crispy russet potatoes on top. We had a blast representing Colorado potatoes with the FoodMaven team.
