Back on the Modern Eater Show, only this time, the guys are visiting the farm ha! We go out to one of Amber’s favorite organic potato fields to dig up fingerling potatoes for their Summer Dinner series beginning the following evening.
Strohauer Farms is a 4th generation family farm located in Northern Colorado. The farm is comprised of corn, wheat and various vegetables including Strohauer Farm’s famous specialty gourmet potatoes.
